I digitized the image and worked on the damaged parts. After the hue, saturation and colour was edited, the finished product evolved as if it was the original. Please see the restored image below:

In SHORT: Photo manipulation is a process whereby the contents and image of a photo is totally changed so that it does not look like the original - meaning removing an aspect such as a rock, or person out of a photo or explained as to why the image must be manipulated - I can provide or offer the service and help you with your request. HOWEVER should the request be of such a nature where the edited image is to be used to damage a person, company's or group's name to such an extend where there are personal and financial implications, then I may refuse to provide the service to you.
